Shipping & International Orders – FAQ

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship green coffee to any country — as long as your country allows the import of green coffee. We’ll handle the logistics and choose the best carrier for time and cost. Please check in you country the requremientas that you need. Sometimes, you need import license, Phytosanitary certificate and permission of agriculture minestry. The buyer is responsible for complying with all import regulations and documentation required by the destination country.

Can I order from this website if I’m outside the U.S.?

This website is currently available only for orders within the United States.
If you’re in another country, contact us directly — we’ll help you place your order and arrange international shipping. Tip: Check with your local customs office before ordering.

Are duties and taxes included in the price?

No.
Customs duties and VAT, or other fees at destination are not included in the shipping price. These must be paid by the buyer when the coffee arrives.

Can I request samples?

If you’re looking for exceptional coffee with a story, and want to be part of a fair and transparent value chain, we’d love to connect.

  • Green coffee samples are shipped in 100 gr to 200 gr.
  • Samples are free, you only have to pay the shipping (up to 1 kg)

  • Samples are taken directly from the threshed lots, so they reflect what they represent. Only in some occasions they are future sales, but the customer will be aware of them.
